David Bach is a Washington native who has called Bellingham home for over a decade. For years he lived in Sudden Valley — one of the highest-moss neighborhoods in Whatcom County — where he personally dealt with aggressive moss and gutters clogged solid by the overhanging firs. He knows exactly what PNW weather does to a roof and a gutter line because he has fought it on his own home.

Before starting Spotless Heights, David worked in many fields. The business arose out of necessity: he kept seeing neighbors and homeowners getting overcharged by large crews who sent inexperienced workers and leaned on harsh, bleach-heavy chemicals that left dead shrubs and streaked siding behind. He knew there was a better way to do it.

When he's not on a ladder, you'll find David hiking near Mt. Baker or walking Kenai, his dog, along Little Squalicum Beach. He's not a faceless company — he's your neighbor.
